Oil filter Cartridge is used in many different types of Transformers oil filtration plants, hydraulic machinery, etc.
2. FILTER PAPERS(PACKS)
Transformer Oil Filter Disc type Filter Packs is made from highly tissue Paper Chemically & Resin Impregnated used as a filter elements.
The Compressed Filter Pack Columns filtering micro fine particle up to 5 Microns impurities from the Transformer oil and retain all Dirt’s, Carbon on the Surface of the Packs.
3. HEATERS
The Heating Elements are made from bright Nicoma Wire with low resistance coils sheathed in grooved high alumina Porcelains which with stand high temperature as well as long life.
Our Heaters are easy to replace without opening cover plate and sheathed in seamless M.S. tube body.
4. OIL TESTING KIT
The quality of insulating oil secures up life of transformer as well ass dielectric strength of high voltage of oil. As transformer oil deteriorates through aging and moisture ingress, transformer oil should, depending on economics, transformer duty and other factors, be tested periodically.
Transformer oil testing sequences and procedures are defined by various international standards.
